Fees & Funding

Our Sessions (term time only) are 9.00am - 12.00pm or 9.00am – 1.00, 2.00 or 3.00 pm.

Our waiting list operates in date of birth order. However, where numbers on the waiting list become excessive, admissions will also be based on the following criteria:-

 

Priority of admission per term:-

 

1. Siblings (brothers/sisters) of Pre-School children.

2. Government Funded 2 or 3 year olds

3. Children who REGULARLY attend Coton Centre Stay & Play group.

4. Children who have occasionally attended Coton Centre Stay & Play group and who have registered for pre-school through the Toddler Group.

5. All other children strictly on date of birth order.

  Fees and funding 

 

All children aged 3 and over are entitled to 15 hours free Government Funding. Please note that the funding is not available until the term after their third birthday e.g. if your child’s birthday is in October the funding will not be available until start of term in January. Additional Government funding for working parents of 3 & 4 year olds means that a total of

Additional sessions will be charged at our current hourly rate and an invoice will be issued at the beginning of each half term.  Fees will still be charged when children are absent due to illness other than serious illness requiring hospital stay in which case they will be waived. 

 

For 3 year olds

Cost per 3 hour session - £18.00

Cost per 4 hour session - £24.00

Cost per 5 hour session - £30.00

Cost per 6 hour session - £36.00

Cost per 3 hour session - £21.00

Cost per 4 hour session - £28.00

Cost per 5 hour session - £35.00

 Fees are payable half-termly in advance (alternative arrangements will always be considered where need arises).  Invoices are issued at the beginning of each half term.  Payment for any extra sessions or hours will be charged as they occur.
